I turn ambitious visions into structures that can hold.

01 / Position

Most growth problems are structure problems in disguise.

When the visible problem is growth, the real issue is often misalignment: unclear positioning, fragmented offers, a disconnected system, and an operating model that can't yet hold the ambition.

You may recognise this

Your business has grown faster than the structure beneath it.

Everyone is working. Not everything is working together.

The vision is clear in your head, but fragmented everywhere else.

Your vision may not need more activity. It may need a structure capable of carrying it.

The MvE Method
01

Signal

Read what the market, customer, founder and organisation are already revealing.

02

Pattern

Find the underlying tension, opportunity and organising idea.

03

Position

Choose the claim, audience and territory the venture can credibly own.

04

Structure

Build the offers, model, brand, experience and operating system around it.

05

Momentum

Sequence decisions and execution so each move compounds.

No two visions are the same. Their structures should not be either.

Shell Theory

Ambition expands. Structure has to expand with it.

I don't impose a template. I find the form the vision requires, and build the system around it: the offers, the operating logic, the brand and the decision rhythms that let the ambition stand on its own.

Field Notes
01

Why ambitious businesses become structurally incoherent.

02

The founder is not the brand. But the founder is often the signal.

03

Growth doesn't fix weak positioning. It amplifies it.

04

What cities teach us about building belonging.

Private Advisory

A small number of engagements, taken seriously.

I work with a small number of founders, leadership teams and investors navigating a consequential build, repositioning or next chapter.

The company has outgrown its positioning.
Brand, product and commercial strategy are moving separately.
The next chapter is obvious. Its structure isn't.
You're building something ambitious and need someone inside the build.
